Questions to think about:
1. Which emotion are you feeling right now? 2. What can you do when you are feeling grumpy? 3. What can you do when you are feeling sad?

Activity: Make a list of all the things that make you happy. Share this list with someone at home!

Questions to think about:  1. How does a person’s face change based on their emotion? 2. How does a person’s body change based on their emotion? 3. Which of these emotions are you feeling the most right now?

Activity:

Fold a piece of paper in half two times, so that the paper is divided into four sections. Write one of the following emotions in each square: happy, sad, worried, and angry. Draw a picture of yourself showing each emotion. Wednesday, April 1, 2020 Mindful Breathing

How do you know? 4. In your opinion, which is more important: learning from your mistakes or being perfect? Activity:

Fold a piece of paper in half. On one side, draw or write about a mistake you have made. On the other side, draw or write the lesson you learned from your mistake. Friday, April 3, 2020 What is a Growth Mindset? ___________________________________
