Friday, April 24, 2020 What is Gratitude?

Practicing gratitude means taking the time to reflect on the things we are really thankful for. This includes the big things in life, like our family and friends, and the smaller things, like music or your favorite shirt. If you focus on the positive things in life, you are more likely to feel happy.

Activity: Make a list of 10 things you are grateful for and share it with someone at home.
Bonus: How do you think being grateful more often can help to improve your life?
