Children today spend more time with media and digital activities than we adults did at the same age. This media has a profound impact on their social, emotional and physical development. Common Sense Media is an extremely valuable not-partisan, not-for-profit organization that provides trustworthy information and tools so that families can have a choice and a voice about the media they let into their homes. You will find reviews and rating for movies, games, apps, websites, TV, books and music so you can easily make informed decisions for your family.

A wonderful site that provides free resources for families and ways to support the learning that takes place in school.

Kids.gov - The Official Kid's Portal for the U.S. Government
This site is not what it seems. It is actually a collection of web pages from government agencies, schools and educational organizations all geared to the learning level and interest of kids. It is a great place to find appropriate websites for classroom use.

    Scholastic
This website has something for everyone. There is a place for teachers, students, parents, and administrators. It has games and activities, lesson plans, helpful tips and themed units that are a great tool for research. I could go on and on, but instead of reading this, check it out!
